Team Portraits for Code/Law
Code/Law advises startups, and they wanted their portraits to look nothing like the ones hanging in most law firms. Fair enough.
So we skipped the grey backdrop and the folded arms. Their office did most of the work: good light, good corners, people willing to move around in it. What came out feels closer to how the team actually operates than any formal headshot would.
Lawyers, it turns out, photograph rather well once you take the law out of the picture.
